C000000: Orcmid's Lair /centrale/centro Job Jar

The construction job jar is for tasks about the construction of the centro subsection, and its content. It is not about the projects involving centro, although there is occasional overlap, especially in the early stages of setting up system management project structures. During early construction when there is mostly scaffolding and little other organized content, there will be project items mixed in here for expediency.
